Completed 8.10 long run on the treadmill this week. Final week totals after todays lifting session are 24.5 miles, 2 upper body and one lower body strength sessions. The lower body coupled with the long run left my right calf and left quad sore. My midweek run was strong, need to make sure that the intensity is repeated. Need to make some decisions about what races to attend.
