Recovery Run today. Pushed a little too hard so quad is sore and now I still have a soccer game tonight. Nothing icy hot and advil cant cure. Definitely doing Chicago just need to decide on the meantime.
I am on a quest to qualify and run the Boston Marathon. I just have to run a 3:10:59 at a marathon this year to do it! Ill be posting my thoughts on my training and running in general.
