Ill start with last night since I did not post on the event. I went to CRCE late and with no opens treadmills decided to run on the track there. Nine laps of the inside lane constitute a mile while the outside lane requires 8.5. I managed 52 in 48 minutes. Im assuming this is close to 6 miles. This run was done with medium effort and there was no pain. After the run, did an ab workout:
Plank/Sideplank/Seal/Reverse situps/Captains chair. Very good workout.
This morning went to IMPE at 9:30 and completed an upper body workout. Chest is getting stronger and may need to increase dumbbells to 60lbs. Bench/Flys/Tricep Pushdowns/Lat Pulldowns/Incline/Bar Curls/Hammer Curls. Weight:159.6
